Unveiled the race calendar, it is now the turn of technical and sporting regulations for the 2020 season of the Rotax Italy Trophy.
The division remains for zones of the championship, with the novelty of the bonus score: each driver will have to sum 2 extra points for each zone contest in which he participated. This score will sum up the points corresponding to the position of the driver in the zone championship as the first result of the National Final. So confirmed the performance of the national final on 3 (three) heats, with a gap between the score corresponding to the positioning the zone championship (plus bonus) and the three Final Gares.
The National Final will be open to all riders, without any constraints of participation in local competitions, while 4 races are required to enter the classification for the award of the Ticket (of which at least 3 in the same category in which you compete for the title). Seven are tickets for the XXI Rotax Grand Final that will be distributed through the National Rotax Italy Final.
On the technical front, the most important news is the new slick tires with Cik Fia approval (D5 Option and D2XX Prime) and the new Mojo W5 tires that will ensure greater adherence in case of wet track.
