RACE REPORT – ZONA CENTRO SUD – RD.3

Weekend kissed by a warm sun more than spring on Kartodromo Iscaro. Climate conditions and tracked under good conditions allowed all drivers to express themselves to the best. Once again we record, with satisfaction, the presence of ten minis that are an excellent precondition for the growth of the Rotax movement also to the south.

For the record, we start from the DD2 where Andrea Liccese is affirmed, which leads to the general classification of category. Its performance is characterized by a constant technical and agonistic growth that rewards the personal commitment and team of Michele Riccio.

In the Junior, full prize for Bruno d’Alelio (GC Racing 85) that on the circuit of the house is affirmed conquering pole and both races (first successes for 2026). On the second step of the podium climbs Christian Nappi (Auriemma Sport) who despite the P3 of race 1 manages to hold the head of the general. Tommaso Palumbo (RKS Racing Team) conquered the P2 in race 1 and the third step of the podium in the final, also for him a good competitive moment. The fourth square went to the Ukrainian driver Kira Maistenko who was well defended on the Irpino circuit, followed by Sebastiano Gallo who consolidated the P4 in general.

For the Senior was recorded the return to the competitions, after a year of stop, by Francesco Palladino (Laudato Racing) who made full spoil followed by Gioele Sfogliano (Officina 27) that keeps the head of the classification and by Antonio Della Sala.

The Mini, as mentioned above, is the class that records the most verified number. Riccardo Vara (Di poto Racing) manages to make full boot. The Sicilian driver, in fact, wins the pole and the two races with authority and consolidates with 315 points the leadership of the general. They follow the Sannita driver Raoul Capuozzo and Riccardo Marano who confirm the positions of the qualification in both races. The fourth square in race 2 is for the Calabrian driver Diego Palamara followed by Leonardo Baldi in reassembled by a P8 in the time trial. In the order follow Cigliano, Bocchetti, Mazza, Slivinsky (UKR) and Grosso.

This third round of the RMCI of the South Center Zone, which was characterized by good sports performance but also, and above all, for the participation of Slava and Kira who made, with their presence with the Officina 27 team, the international context-race, thanks also to the availability of the Iscaro Family and the organizer who responded positively to their request for participation by activating "Gara ENPEA".

Appointment to the next on the circuit "Pista Italia" of Castelvolturno on 7 June with a national intermezzo on 17 May on the circuit Franciacorta.
