The national competitive season is about to start. In Battipaglia on the Circuito del Sele, on the weekend of 22 and 23 February the Rotax Max Challenge Italia will kick off for Zone 2 Centro-sud. The container is the traditional Michele Alboreto Trophy, which has reached the 20th edition. Over the years this race has always given great emotions and uncertainties for the options, never discounted, of weather. Of course, the marine resorts of Cilento are increasingly generous and often give us acceptable temperatures and this pushes many fans to be present on the track and on the stands.
The Rinaldi family, patron of the plant of the Sele mouth is developing the details of the event without leaving anything to chance.
The opportunity is to test even the regulatory innovations, as is known the Mini Under 10, in general, for the season 25 it provides a class in itself with less performing engines than the Mini. Rotax applies the rule by entering the Micro (from eight years to 10 years old), so there will be an area and national classification separated from the Mini and above all a dedicated ticket for participation in the RMCGF in December in Bahrain. This novelty is really very interesting because it allows, even to smaller drivers, to place a very important seasonal objective for the season without necessarily having to compete with the mini drivers, larger and more experienced.
