Weekend hot but fed by a mountain air that made less suffocating the high temperatures recorded in Ala di Trento, winding circuit that hosted round 5 of the Rotax Max Challenge Italia North area.
In addition to a weekend of races and high adrenaline, it was also an opportunity to test the new Rotax E20 100% electric, made available by the official tester of the mother house Rotax Brp, Derrel Smith. All drivers have had extremely positive feedback, and the new electric category seems destined to debut the international races next July 18 at the Rotax Euro Trophy in Mulsen.

Other pole position of Matteo Montrone (IRT Engines) regarding the Mini Rotax, specialist of the dry lap: is at the third departure on four participations. The leader Lorenzo Lanzara completes the first row, while Karel Staut, winner of Castelletto, kicks off from the third row. In Rotax Junior the pole position goes Kiko Fracassi, leader of the championship, that will be found alongside the color companion, LKA Racing Team, Giacomo Marchioro. Great third time for Nik Trobek, at the first participation with the Kosmic team KSB. At the turn off of the traffic lights for race-1 is great the point of Trobec, which surprises Marchioro in second position. The titan pilot will try shortly after an attack on the descent ramp, but the resulting along will lead him to expose himself to the attacks of Ghazi Motlekar (Munaretto Performance). This allows Fracassi to take a slight margin. The race proceeds regularly, but round after round Trobec goes to row the gap from Fracassi, but the remaining laps are not enough to think of an attack. Vince Fracassi on Trobec, while at the last lap Motlekar manages to cross Marchioro to take the third square. , in which, after the time trials, Nicola Guerra (LKA Racing), flanked by Leonardo Tiozzo (Drake Motorsport). In the second row the Energy FooDrivers pair, formed by Andrea Giudice and Giuseppe Forenzi, while Luca Zamburlini (LKA Racing Team) takes fifth. At the start, Giudice's shot is great and takes it in second position, behind Guerra, while there is a lot of carnage in the positions immediately behind, with Forenzi that marks a double overtaking in the uphill curve against Zamburlini and Tiozzo. Just Zamburlini will successfully re-attach Forenzi on lap 2, just when, a little later, a contact between War and Judge will lead both to lose positions. It will have the worst LKA pilot, which few curves later will be the author of a consequent mechanical yield that will lead it to a frightening exit of track: so much fear, but unharmed pilot. Zamburlini has so free way and considerably imposes his step, going to win with margin. The podium is completed by Giuseppe Forenzi and Andrea Giudice. In race-2, Judge takes advantage of the internal lane very well to overtake the mate team and insidiate in second position, behind Zamburlini who tries again to stretch. For the third place the challenge is between Forenzi and Matteo Pianezzola, with the driver of the 54 Racing Team who has the best and takes the first career podium. Looking at the top of the race, Judge seems to keep the pace of Zamburlini: the challenge to sound of fast turns ends under the chess flag, with Luca Zamburlini who wins with minimal margin on the driver of the race DD, where Michaele Rosina (54 Corse Teams) gets the pole, ahead of Nicola Felappi (Honolulu Racing). In the second row instead we find Gregorio Bertocco (MKC) preceded by the leader of the ranking Luca Munaretto. In race-1, good start for both drivers of the first row, while Munaretto departs badly that is overtaken by Bertocco. At the downhill hairpin, Bertocco turns off the attack on Felappi, while Rosina has already built a good margin of advantage. A few turns later, Munaretto will overtake Felappi for the third place. The race proceeds regularly, except that Bertocco slowly manages to close the gaps from Rosina, but fails to bring a definitive attack: Rosina wins again on Bertocco and Munaretto. In race-2 we assist less to wear and to a more linear race: after the first laps to defend themselves from an arrembante Bertocco, Rosina begins to dictate his step and builds the margin that will lead him to victory. In the second place he concludes a great Bertocco, while Luca Munaretto concludes in third place and thus expects a championship of zone everything to define.
